Transfer from Bucharest airport to Zarnesti. Zărneşti is the most important town for visiting the Piatra Craiului National Park. It is also an ideal starting point for approaches in the northern part of the massif. This town lies at a distance of 28 km from the city of Braşov, by road, bus or railway. From Zărneşti, an 11 km long road makes the connection with the "Plaiul Foii", which is a good starting point for climbing the ridge of Piatra Craiului ( part of Carpathian Mountains). In the afternoon private transfer(one hour)in the middle of the forest to an wildlife observer accompanied by an authorized ranger, where we have the opportunity to see bears in their natural environment. Probability of seeing a bear is 80%. Accommodation and dinner to a local guesthouse.

Zarnesti – Poiana Marului - Muchia Codlei - Plaiul Foii. A technical MTB route through forest with many ascents and descents. The later part of the route takes us through remote hill villages into a very attractive rural landscape with steep hills and alpine pastures, on a ridge near the Piatra Craiului mountain. 55 km si 1600 m+

Plaiul Foii - Valea Salbatica - Valea cu Apa - Barsa - Plaiul Foii. Today we get right away from civilization. From our guesthouse we ride up and we enter in a wild tract of dense forest - here we look for tracks, signs and markings left by large carnivores and other fauna. Exciting descents, water crossings, the Barsa Valley and one final ascent to visit an ancient monastic shrine built in a cave.One final downhill and accommodation at Plaiul Foii. 48 km si 1400 m +

Plaiul Foii – Pietricica - Brusturet - Magura. A longer day with uphill and even push bike all of this to arrived at a beautiful lake in a wild place. We will get around Piatra Craiului, cross a canyon and we can entry in a cave. Accommodation in a local eco-touristic guesthouse where hospitality and the joy of a simple life is part of this place. 60 km and 1700 m +

Magura - Prapastiile Zarnestilor - Bran(Bran Castle) - Magura. We start with a very narrow downhill single track and then we ride up almost 700 m + through the Jurassic canyon of “Prapastiile Zarnestilor”. Here the landscape becomes even more spectacular. We descend to Bran where we visit the open-air village museum and Bran Castle better know like “Dracula” Castle. For many years the castle was home to Queen Marie, Queen Victoria of England’s granddaughter.One final ascent to Magura village. 42 km and 1350 m +

Magura - Branului Country – Moieciu de Sus. A different day, mountain villages, traditional ancient houses to the country side. Here the inhabitants are livestock breeders, with a long time tradition in cheese preparing. We will cross through alpine pastures where from May to September we find shepherds and their flocks. Dinner at a local guesthouse with traditional bio food. 47 km and 1500 m +

Moeciu de Sus – Muchia Stancii – Parcul Natural Bucegi - Moieciu de Sus. Today we have the opportunity of exploring the north side of the Bran country, uphills , Bucegi ridges, then pastures and alpine meadows, downhills with a little bit adrenalin, unforgettable landscapes. We return to Moieciu and at the nightfall we can stay together and admire a bonfire in the guesthouse garden. 35 km and 1200 m+. Prices for groups with 6 persons – 600 euro/person.
